"Our family was so blessed to work with Megha for many years from the time our child was very small till around age 11. She worked with him on behavior, academics, social skills and frankly anything he needed to learn how to do to become independent. She instilled in him great confidence in his gifts and the grit to persevere through things that did not come naturally. He is now a fully independent student, who is very successful in school, and is well-known for being kind, polite and thoughtful to those around him. When I think about the person he is now and how positive and full of gratitude he is, I see Megha's influence on him. She is not only an exceptional provider, with incredible personal and professional skills, she is such a kind person and a joy to work with. He looked forward to every session and still asks about her and wishes her well. One anecdote about how she would always find the most amazing things he loved to do to reinforce all of the hard work he did throughout the week: He always wanted to play an organ and when he was seven she actually took him to Trinity Church and helped him get to play it with an amazing organist he admired. It's memories like this, from great times in session, that led him to work incredibly hard and master so many skills. I should also mention, she led incredible meetings at school and worked with my child's teachers to ensure that all teachers and providers were on the same page about how to promote his success. Her techniques in the classroom were subtle and teachers loved having her in school. I will always be grateful to her and if she could work with every student, who knows how far they all could go?
