Aneta is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disorders across New York City. Her journey began with an internship during her studies at Fordham University, leading her to earn a Bachelor's in Psychology, a dual Master’s in General and Special Education, and ABA certification from the Florida Institute of Technology. She specializes in personalized, evidence-based interventions that focus on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills. Aneta has also served as an expert witness in special education hearings. She is fluent in Polish and committed to helping families achieve meaningful progress. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys yoga, swimming, and time in the Poconos.

Megha is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience supporting neurodivergent children and their families. She brings both deep expertise and heartfelt dedication to her work, including more than six years of leadership as a Clinical Director, where she guided teams in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Megha holds a B.S. from Boston College, an M.Ed. in Special Education from The City College of New York, and dual New York State teaching certifications in Students with Disabilities and Middle School Education. She completed her ABA certification program at Rutgers University, further strengthening her commitment to supporting children in reaching their fullest potential.
Outside of her professional life, Megha enjoys running, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Our goal is to help every child establish a solid foundation of independence that extends into all areas of their lives—at home, at school, and in the community—setting them up for long-term success and personal growth.

Stepping Forward LBA is a small, one-of-a-kind agency offering dedicated, personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for neurodivergent children. We specialize in working with children on the autism spectrum or facing other developmental challenges, providing support in the home, at school, and in the community.
We pride ourselves on a compassionate, individualized approach—meeting each child exactly where they are and honoring the fact that no two journeys are the same. The name Stepping Forward was chosen with intention, reflecting our mission: to guide and support every child to confidently take steps toward growth, independence, and well-being.
We begin by assessing each child’s unique strengths and challenges, then design a tailored curriculum to build the communication, social, self-help, and cognitive skills they need to succeed both academically and in daily life. Our approach addresses the whole child, making learning both fun and meaningful, while supporting the family’s goals and concerns for their child’s overall well-being.
